Will was born in Naples, Italy, and grew up in San Diego, California.  He is the middle child of 5 kids and the son of a naval officer and teacher.  After graduating from high school, Will attended The University of Notre Dame and The University of Maryland where he studied history and political science.   He excelled on the football and lacrosse fields for each university.  A four-year starter in lacrosse, Will was an all-American in college and played in every game of his collegiate football career.  After graduating in 2010, Will played five seasons in the NFL as an offensive tackle for the Miami Dolphins and Houston Texans.

Upon retirement from the NFL, Will had his sights set on the corporate environment in New York City and has been in love with New York since the moment he moved to The Big Apple.  Will has spent the entirety of his commercial real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield and prides himself on protecting his clients with the same tenacity he brought to the gridiron.  He specializes in tenant representation, agency representation, and office disposition and concentrates his occupier representation on financial, technology, and insurance clients.  He takes pride in generating leverage for his clients by possessing an unparalleled understanding of each market in which he is negotiating.  His competitive spirit and eagerness to always do right by clients are what industry peers and clients appreciate most.  In Will’s words, “there is no greater satisfaction than deciphering a strategy and executing a real estate transaction on behalf of a terrific company.”
