Cara Murphy is an Associate at JLL’s Manhattan office, and the newest addition to the Murphy Group. Joining Cushman & Wakefield as an intern in 2021, she focused on cultivating the team’s online presence. Cara joined C&W as a broker in 2023, and began at JLL in late 2024.

Cara assists her team by capitalizing on marketing and media campaigns, with a primary focus on securing new business. Cara contributes valuable experience in identifying and securing prospective tenants, offering strategic market solutions, and providing overall client support.

Prior to her real estate career, Cara received her undergraduate degree from the University of Albany and continued her education at Fordham University, where she obtained her real estate License. Cara has also held a separate internship, for a residential real estate firm.
